FOB terms Buyer is no need open any kind of
L/C , only issue ICPO, MT-199 and CPA , after
Received our PPOP Buyer provide the Q88 ,
shipping deposit receipt and then we issue
the unconditional DTA to Buyer .

CIF Rotterdam & Europe Ports
CIF terms Buyer open L/C to our company ,
We send the vessels to Rotterdam port , Buyer
do the dip test at our vessels .
Suppose Buyer have not solid tank farm and
vessels , they can extended our vessels ship to
any port in Europe Countries .
If Buyer have tank farm , after dip test success
they provide TSA is acceptable , no need provide
TSA/TSR in advance .

L/C type is MT-700 DLC .
No deposit / No upfront / No injection fee /
No transfer title holder fee


Jet Fuel FOB Russian port or CIF Platt%u2019s $8
CI DIP & PAY we only at Russian Port , Because
there is no Seller/Refinery will ship the vessels
to Rotterdam and lease the tank in advance ,
and then wait Buyer coming , The cost at
Rotterdam Tank Farm is USD60,000/ day .
And valid date only 3 days of SGS report ,
Therefore if Buyer looking for CI DIP &!PAY
we can offer Russian Port .From Russian Port
to Rotterdam only 6-7 days shipping period
very short .
Second option Buyer Dip & Pay in Seller%u2019s vessel

EN590 ( 10 ppm ); 50.000 up 200.000MT month
JP54; Jet A 2,000,000 bbls to 6,000,000 bbls
Vessel%u2019s capacity jet fuel 300.0000bbls
