I`m a chemical engineer from Uruguay
We need to produce vinegar and we are looking for a small ( 5 - 10 litres) fermenter in order to do both, an alcoholic and an acetic fermentation.
We need to control pH, DO, temperature and prevent the existence of foam. We also need to control the rpm.
Do you have some fermenter that suits me? Could you please send me a quotation?
