Shipping Surcharges:
Depending on the destination (Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria) these surcharges can add up to $25 to the final price. We will quote an all inclusive price.
Procedure:
1. BUYER SENDS ICPO and RWA o BCLTO THE SELLER'S MANDATE
2. MANDATE ISSUES DRAFT CONTRACT IN FAVOUR OF THE BUYER.
3. BUYER SIGNS AND SENDS BACK THE DRAFT CONTRACT TO THE SELLER'S MANDATE
4. SELLER WILL SIGN FINAL CONTRACT ELECTRONICALLY
5. BUYER HAS A CHOICE OF ISSUING A MT799 SHOWING FUNDS TO SELLERS BANK
6. SELLERS BANK RESPONDS WITH A MT799 SHOWING PROOF OF PRODUCT FROM THE SUPPLIER
7. NOTE: SELLER MAY ISSUE A PROFORMA INVOICE THAT CAN BE IN LIEU OF HARD COPIES FOR THE BANK OFFICER IF HE APPROVES.
11. SELLER AND BUYER EXCHANGE 02 HARD COPIES SIMULTANEOUSLY BY COURIER AND COPIES ARE DULY SIGNED & SEALED. THE FINAL CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS HARD COPIES UNTIL THE ORIGINAL HAVE BEEN EXCHANGED AND WILL NOT DELAY THE BUYER IN ISSUING THE NON-OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT.
12. WITHIN 10 BANKING DAYS OF SIGNING OF THE FINAL CONTRACT (ELECTRONIC VERSION), THE BUYER WILL ISSUE THE NON-OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDITIN FAVOUR OF THE SELLER.
13. WITHIN 10 BANKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE NON-OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT THE SELLER WILL POST THE OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND AND PROOF OF PRODUCT IN FAVOUR OF THE BUYER, WHICH WILL ACTIVATE THE NON-OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT
14. DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT COMMENCE AS PER SCHEDULE MUTUALLY AGREED

PROCEDURE
Buyer submits ICPO NCNDA with passport copies MT999
Seller issues DRAFT CONTRACT - Buyer signs and returns to Seller.
Seller provides partial POP after receipt of MT999 and signing of contract.
Buyer opens MT 760 in favor of Seller at Sellers bank.
Seller provides Vessel information as soon as available.
Loading commences
Payment is made by MT 103 against Documents at bank.
Vessel leaves(All Payment Instruments must be transferable)

PROCEDURE
1. Buyer sends ICPO and RWA o BCL to Seller Mandate.
2. Mandate issues Draft Contract in favor of the Buyer.
3. Buyer signs and sends back the Draft Contract to the Sellers Mandate.
4. Seller will sign the contract electronically.
5. Buyer has a choice of issuing a MT799 showing funds to Sellers bank.
6. Sellers bank responds with a MT799 showing Proof Of Product from the supplier.
7. NOTE: Seller may issue a PROFORMA invoice that can be in lieu of Hard Copies for the bank officer if he approves.
9. Seller and Buyer exchange 02 Hard Copies by courier and copies are duly signed and sealed. The final contract will be considered as
10. Hard Copies until the originals have been exchanged and will not delay the Buyer in issuing the Operative Letter of Credit.
11. Within 10 Banking Days of signing the final contract ( Electronic Version), the Buyer will issue the Operative Letter of Credit in favor of the Seller.
12. Delivery and shipment commence as per contract.
